The Women in Science group is made up of a small number of female senior leaders from across the Science and Tech industries in the UK, formed in 2023. Together, we share truthful common challenges and offer support and guidance for one another in an informal forum. Externally, we are keen to be the figureheads in challenging the status quo, promoting professionalism and authenticity, sharing our experiences and learnings and advocating the need to have women in positions of leadership and seniority across the board.
